Private First Class Frank P. Dinges, Headquarters Company, 320th Infantry, 80th Division, was born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, on 12 May 1892. He enlisted in December 1917 and served overseas from May 1918 through May 1919. Dinges died in January 1957 and is buried in Pittsburgh.
