Soldier’s Medal, “Cpl Arthur H. Williams, Jr, AC”

Soldier’s Medal, slot brooch, hand-engraved “Cpl/Arthur H. Williams Jr”. With copied Army Air Forces record card for the award to Williams in General Orders No. 104 of the Mediterranean Theater of Operations, dated 19 September 1945. Unfortunately, the record card does not give the citation. Williams, later a master sergeant in the Air Force, was from Kansas City, Missouri.
