Society of the Army of the Philippines membership medal

Society of the Army of the Philippines membership medal (Type 1), bronze and enamel, with applied sun and star devices on the ribbon. This first style ribbon was quickly redesigned after President McKinley found the flag ribbon to be offensive to the Philippines.
