Adams”, in a black leatherette case with ribbon bar and lapel pin.

Volume II of the 1976 Army Register lists a Captain Bruce Alan Adams, Adjutant General’s Corps (born 16 November 1939) who entered the Army in February 1969. Research has not yet brought to light a citation for the Silver Star or mention of a Purple Heart to this officer.
