Queen’s South Africa Medal, clasps “Relief of Mafeking”, “Orange Free State”, “Transvaal” and “Rhodesia”, with ghost dates on the reverse (182 Gr: A. McDonald, R. Candn: Art:). The “Rhodesia” clasp is loose on the replaced ribbon.

The medal and clasps are confirmed on the roll, with notes that the “Rhodesia” clasp was added to the authorization later and that a replacement medal was issued in 1922. With the loose “Rhodesia” clasp and the ghost dates on the reverse, this medal is most likely the original issue.
