Pennsylvania. “Malate Cross” of the 10th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry for service in the Philippines, named “W.H. Cundall” on the reverse of the top bar. No backing ribbon.

William Henry Cundall, Company A, 10th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, had his right ear drum burst by a cannon explosion in the Philippines. He was later the fire chief of Washington, Pennsylvania. Cundall died in June 1933.
