Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the US (Longnecker, 9th Penn Inf)

Issued to Colonel Henry C. Longnecker, 9th Pennsylvania Infantry. Longnecker, an attorney, had served as a lieutenant in the Mexican War, was elected the Congress in 1858 and commanded a brigade at Antietam. He died in 1871.
