Maryland. Baltimore Mexican Border Service Medal, engraved “J.A. Hossbach”.

The medal was presented by the Women’s Board of the 5th Maryland Infantry.  Private Joseph A. Hossbach, 115th Infantry, 29th Division, died in France in 1918.
