Legion of Merit (Col Charles E. Hoskin III)

Hoskin first joined the Army in 1942. He rose to Warrant Officer before being commissioned into the Corps of Engineers. He held a Bronze Star and Commendation Medal. Born in 1922, he died in 1996 and is buried at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. His grave marker notes service in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
