Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Manchester Unity, World War I Service Medal. Gilt and enamel. Marked “W.M. Young Regalia Co/Springfield, Mass” on the reverse. The ribbon is worn in the center stripe and at the folds.

The Manchester Lodge of Oddfellows in the United States was establsihed in 1819 in Baltimore. It was a mutual benefit society providing assistance to its members in need.
