Wilson”, in a plush case with ribbon bar; Army Commendation Medal, crimp brooch, in a plush case with ribbon bar and lapel pin; Purple Heart, slot brooch, machine-engraved “Richard S./Wilson”, in a black leatherette case with ribbon bar and lapel pin.

Spec 4 Wilson , 101st Airborne Division, was wounded in action on 25 May 1965 in Vietnam. He died on 25 October 1991 and is buried in the Calverton National Cemetery, New York.
