Group to Sergeant First Class Alfred C. Morley, 112th Engineer Train, 37th Division: World War I Victory Medal, clasp “France”; Medal for the 75th Anniversary of World War I, in its original plastic clamshell case; Sons of Veterans officer’s cross. With a studio photograph of Morley in uniform in February 1918 at Camp Sheridan, Alabama.

Morley, from Geneva, Ohio, enlisted in July 1917 in Cleveland, rising to sergeant first class in December 1918. He served in France from October 1918 through July 1919. He was discharged upon his return from France in July 1919.

Morley served in both World Wars. In civilian life, was a labor consultant for the Ohio Association of Contractors. He died in 1977.
