Liverpool Shipwreck and Humane Society General Medal, bronze, straight bar suspender, engraved on the edge “To Martin Clayton for Gallant Service, 16/12/32”.

The annual report (July 1933) of the society notes: “Bronze medal and certificate to Martin Clayton for courageously stopping a runaway pony attached to a lorry in Richmond Row, on 16th December 1932.”
