Gunner Alfred Galliford was from Manchester. Born in 1869, he served from 1890 through 1911 and received his Long Service Medal in 1909. The clasps on his QSA are confirmed on the roll of No. 1 Ammunition Park, RA. The KSA and clasps are confirmed on the roll of 46 Battery, RFA. This is his full medal entitlement. Galliford died in 1939.
