Soldier’s Medal, slot brooch, machine-engraved “Casimir F./Traks”.  The pendant has been reversed vack to front for display.

Tec4 Casimir Frank Traks, 96th AAA Gun Battalion, was awarded a New York Conspicuous Service Cross (#12236) in 1964 probably for this World War II decoration. He was from Mineola, New York.
